ICP has been a key operational partner for Unilever since 2013. Custodians of the single source of truth for all assets, ICP ensures the re-use and repurposing of content. This drives better brand consistency and communication quality at lower cost, across all brands, channels and geographies. Assignments include integration between DAM and eCommerce content, and coordination of strategy and implementation of Unilever’s DAM 2021 upgrade.

ICP's consulting and managed services teams support DAM and workflow technology for CVS Health. ICP's support has enabled the organization to have visibility across assets and streamline workflow across teams, delivering ROI on both time and costs.

Estée Lauder appointed ICP as their global production partner in 1988. Our commitment remains to support ELC NA and their global associates to ensure brand consistency and compliance across all markets outside North America. This has included a centralized production model for print advertising in Western Europe and global production across 48 countries and 25 languages with 550 users accessing ICP’s campaign management tool.

ICP's consulting and creative production teams collaborated with Peacock’s marketing and design teams to produce hero creative and tactical versions, delivering hundreds of assets monthly. This was followed by the creation of Quality Control guidelines and best practices and ICP continues to drive operational improvements to scale communications more effectively.

Since 2017, ICP's consulting and managed service teams have expanded their partnership with Coca-Cola to enable marketing technologies and their inter-connected processes. ICP teams manage the DAM program globally on a 24/5 basis, in addition providing strategic consulting assignments to develop the vision and its fit within the wider ecosystem.

Since 1988, ICP has been a guardian of Diageo’s brand quality, consistency and regulatory compliance. ICP implemented, manages standards and creates new assets for advertising and marketing production across 17 brands, 100 countries and in 66 languages, alongside the centrally managed, consistent use of DAM and MRM platforms. The partnership exemplifies best practice in creative operations at scale.

ICP’s consulting and managed services teams support operationalizing the Mars DAM initiative across all business units, globally. This support covers; migration to business as usual ways of working and change management; managing the brand asset lifecycle on a daily basis for users and agencies; supporting processes for generating digital shelf content; consulting on best practice in campaign management.

ICP leads engagement, user adoption, content and asset support for Coty's global enterprise DAM and PIM programmes, across all 70+ brands and business divisions. ICP's team enables Coty's brands to plan, organize, collaborate and seamlessly publish content and syndicate products at the right time to drive meaningful engagement with consumers.

ICP consultants developed content governance pillars and a marketing content governance playbook to enable optimization of the content production supply chain for Haleon. ICP has standardized content governance​, defined best practice with clear roles and responsibilities, with a roadmap to execute next steps​.

Appointed in 2014 as a global production partner, ICP's focus has been to deliver press advertising assets for North America, Canada, and Europe. ICP implemented its campaign management tool and approval system, and provide artwork and print proofing across 36 countries and 5 languages from its creative production studio and project management teams.

Starting in 2017, ICP managed services team has supported Takeda global marketing teams and their creative agencies in ensuring all relevant commercial content is easy to find and reuse globally across all products. 

ICP's experts and consultants have led change management, training, and on-boarding for the roll out of Warner Bros. recently launched DAM platform. ICP oversees all ongoing enhancement and improvements to the system and processes as well as on-boarding of new users.

ICP was appointed in 2019 as a key partner to manage the DAM system at a global level across all L’Oréal divisions and brands. We are the custodians for all marketing assets and rights information. We drive adoption across the organisation and we support users across all territories.

ICP's global librarian services in support of Capital One's DAM programmes. During a multi-year partnership, ICP has provided strategic leadership and facilitated collaboration with various Capital One marketing teams around their use of DAM, enterprise-wide DAM platform-evaluation, and data migration.

ICP was engaged in the implementation of CRM for Abbott Nutrition in EURISA region, with ICP consultants setting up the change management framework, governance model, and operational process. ICP also managed the asset migration activity for DAM launch in the region.
