ICP is looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in expanding our global presence and establishing relationships in the marketing technology sector. The primary responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, developing business, implementing account strategies, and nurturing customer connections. You'll be tasked with networking, promoting ICP’s solutions, overseeing projects from inception to completion, and ultimately securing new profitable ventures. This is a new position at ICP, reflecting the promising growth prospects across all our service areas. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with marketing, client partners, and solution leads to bring our offerings to market. Most importantly, this role emphasizes teamwork, requiring you to collaborate with various experts within the company, including client partners and leadership.

This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

How you are going to make an impact:

Business Development
• Identifying and develop new business opportunities and potential clients within the market.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for
expansion.
• Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote ICP value and
solutions.
• Stays up to date with industry trends and all things marketing, digital and E-commerce to maintain a
competitive edge in the market.
• Drives and closes new business targets consistent with short / medium / long term growth objectives.
• Successfully converting leads into new customers/projects from lead generation activities
• Grow book of business by actively prospecting and building up a pipeline in your assigned region.
• Collaborate with client partners through the sales cycle to prepare for effective handover when the first
project is won.
• Responsible for the timely personal pursuit of all leads, across all sectors, bringing in ICP subject matter
experts as needed.
• Craft compelling pitch decks designed to captivate clients' attention through the power of storytelling.
Develop contract proposals and engage in negotiation processes to ensure mutually beneficial
agreements.
• Collaborate on opportunities for cross-selling new services, exploring new geographic options, and
brands within multi-brand business with new economic buyers.
• Hit and exceed regional financial targets for growth with a minimum of exceeding of GDB 2M revenue
after 12 months in the role.

Revenue Operations
• Develop MQL and SQLs to proposal stage and winning net new customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine aspects of automated nurture activity.
• Partner with our solution specialist and client partners to draft strategic account plans and support
specific opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Key Experience & Skills

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of overall experience in the market, with a minimum of 5 or 6 years in a client-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated sales success in a sophisticated, B2B marketing environment, particularly with blue-chip
clients.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, fostering strong relationships
with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive mindset, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment where innovation is key,
offering substantial career growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with some of ICP's services, whether in consulting, managed services, production, or
technology, including knowledge of marketing technology solutions like Digital Asset Management.
• Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders within client organizations, including marketing,
procurement, and IT/technical teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, advertising, and e-commerce trends, with a strong curiosity for
learning.
• Proven negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and securing favourable contracts.
• Client-centric approach, able to align digital marketing operations with client objectives effectively.
• Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing, social media, CRM, marketing automation, and pipeline
management.
• Expertise in storytelling, crafting pitch decks, and developing contract proposals, with the ability to lead
teams to success and contribute as a team player.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and creative, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing opportunities.
• Approximately 30% travel required for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive communication style.
