Jeremy Wintroub is EVP Creative Operations & Content Studio where he leads the development and execution of creative operations, production strategy, and production delivery strategy. Wintroub joined ICP after a nearly 20-year career at NBC Universal where he was most recently VP, Head of Creative Operations at NBCU’s Streaming Unit, Peacock. Over the course of his career, Wintroub built and operated creative operations and production teams leveraging a mix of internal talent, emerging technology, and the world's foremost partners and agencies. At ICP, Wintroub’s role responds to a growing demand for scaled marketing and commercial content strategies powered by personalization, customization, automation, and delivery at scale in a connected infrastructure supporting supply, production, and distribution.

Bal Bhachu, Global Head of Data & Automation, ICP
Bal serves as the Global Head of Data & Automation at ICP, where he leads the vision, strategy, and go-to-market efforts for this newly created solution area. With over 24 years of diverse experience spanning start-ups to global enterprises and working both client and agency side, Bal has been privileged to work with some amazing global organisations, including Sky, Unilever, OLIVER, and Reckitt, amongst others. In his role, Bal ensures the seamless flow of content across all touchpoints and channels, with a focus on leveraging innovative data and automation solutions to provide insights that help our clients make better decisions, thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness throughout the content lifecycle.
